Brief: This client requested a corporate branding package for a new business in the field of Sports Sponsorship. A dynamic and strong design was to be introduced to the industry to stand out amongst its competitors. The choice of colours and imagery reflect this within the design. Further from this, Connect Sport then developed into business card designs as well as the creation of a corporate profile document to expose the business and its services. The growth of Connect Sport has developed rapidly since commencing in early 2011.

Brief: De’l Hair, a boutique style Hairdressing Salon was after a point of difference display for their new brand. The choice of orange and black was a strong choice in creating this vibrant and dynamic result. After the corporate branding process was complete, De’l Hair required the services or Ripe Designs to carry forward their brand within their workplace. This involved understanding the shop set up and creating signage to suit and encourage additional business.

Brief: This client required a whole new branding package to an already established business. This involved creating a corporate logo and identity kit consisting of letterhead, business cards, with comps slip, advertising material and shopfront signage. A vibrant green together with the soft grey where the warm tones chosen to reflect the psychology services that Learning Curve provide. Moving forward, Learning Curve are looking at developing a website and are in contact with Ripe Designs to get this underway.

The intension is to always use vibrant, bright colours to target the youth market. This is an ongoing job that requires new and exciting designs for each school holiday period. Brief: Take Focus, A new personal training business required a brand that displayed a powerful and dynamic presence. With ‘focus’ being the key word in creating a link between the business name and the iconic representation. The slick black and white design created a solid and high impact brand. Further from the branding process, stationery and promotional advertising have taken place to encourage growth in Take Focus’s business. Successfully the business has showed rise in clientele and continued interest in the services of Take Focus.

Brief: This began with the branding for You, Me & the Coffee Bean. This company operates by selling coffee at events and functions through mobile coffee carts. After the branding process, signage was further required for the recognition of these carts to increase sales.

A quirky concept of using the tools of the trade as part of the logo, are a stand out amongst competitors. The balance of soft modern tones, with the grey add to the visual impact of this
effective design.

A clean concept of white with the pastel tones creates a strong appealing design that compliments the chosen location of the Peninsula being that it is a bayside destination.

Brief: As part of 2nd year graphic design diploma the brief was set to design a series of brochures for the different departments within the Magistrates Court. The chosen design amongst the students was then given the opportunity to have these brochures used within the different departments. Successfully my design was chosen. I believe the corporate and very clean style was what encouraged the decision for my brochures to be used within the Courts system.

Medicount Tablet Dispenser

Brief: As part of the Student Packaging Awards this brief involved creating a package design for something within the society that was innovative, whilst also filling a niche market. The design of a medication dispenser for the elderly with poor memory was the reasoning behind my design. A twist action to dispense tablets with a time of day labelled above was intended so that accidental double dosage could be avoided.

Chocolate Box Packaging

Brief: Also as part of the Student Packaging Awards this brief involved designing a 500g chocolate box that reflected an Australian theme. The design had to entail a unique and creative enclosure to the packaging. Together with earthy illustrations and tones the package designed would be a visually appealing product for the market shelf.
